Transderma ships from Stockholm, worldwide, in airless packaging designed to protect the formula in transit. Returns are straightforward and always refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

All orders ship from our Stockholm laboratory. Packaging is designed around the formula itself (airless bottles inside protective cartons), and every order is insured in transit.

Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Orders under that threshold are charged standard shipping at cost, calculated at checkout based on destination.

Rates & timing

Processing

Orders are processed within one to two business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves Stockholm.

Delivery estimates

  • Sweden & EU: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections, and carrier backlogs can occasionally extend delivery. Tracking updates are sent automatically.

International orders

Transderma ships worldwide. For destinations outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the purchase price and are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Transderma is registered under EU Cosmetics Legislation and approved for sale across every EU market by Läkemedelsverket (the Swedish Medical Product Agency).

Returns

If a product doesn't work for you, we'll accept a return within 14 days of the invoice date. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused or substantially unused, with proof of purchase.

We want you to try Transderma and know for yourself. If it isn't the right fit, send it back. No explanation required.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method; we cannot refund orders we do not receive.

How to return

Step 1: Contact us

Email information@transdermaserums.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return and send packaging instructions.

Step 2: Ship to Sweden

Send the product, in its original packaging, with a copy of your proof of purchase, to:

Step 3: Wait for confirmation

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you by email. Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PayPal or the credit card used at checkout). We can't issue refunds to a different account, card, or person than the original buyer.

Shipping fees on the original order are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective. If that's the case, contact us before returning. We'll cover the return shipping and replace or refund in full.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and email us at information@transdermaserums.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item at no cost.
