Cellular energy
PQQ and B vitamins support mitochondrial biogenesis and function, literally increasing the energy available to every skin cell.
Renews and revitalizes tired-looking skin. Especially formulated for mature skin.
Serum O is our most distinctive formula and our most scientifically differentiated. It targets the mitochondria · the energy factories inside every skin cell · with a blend of PQQ, B vitamins, Vitamin C, niacinamide, and creatine. As mitochondrial output declines with age, so does the cell's capacity to produce collagen, repair damage, and renew. O feeds that system directly.
Most skincare ignores the cellular-energy layer entirely. It's invisible. You can't see a healthy mitochondrion in the mirror. But you can see its absence: slower recovery, lost radiance, skin that looks tired even when you aren't. Serum O is where Transderma stops being skincare and becomes longevity chemistry applied topically.
"Separate from every skincare brand · biology, not cosmetics. Longevity, not illusion."
Particularly suited to mature skin, but appropriate for any skin type that wants a cellular-level boost. Works alongside any other serum in the line; especially powerful stacked with A at night (turnover + energy) or with C by day (collagen + energy).
Unlike our other serums, O is a blend: a deliberate stack of vitamins and cellular-energy molecules, each chosen for a specific mitochondrial or renewal function. Still anhydrous. Still no fragrance, no preservatives. Still stabilized by the airless delivery system.
The same plant-derived solvent used in Serum C. Carries the active stack through the skin barrier intact.
Supports collagen synthesis and provides antioxidant defense while amplifying the cellular-energy benefits of the blend.
A precursor to NAD+, one of the most important molecules in cellular energy metabolism. Also supports barrier function and reduces inflammation.
The same molecule used by muscle cells to move energy where it's needed. Skin cells use it too, and benefit from direct topical supply.
Supports amino-acid metabolism and the production of neurotransmitters involved in skin signaling. A co-factor in over a hundred cellular reactions.
A plant-derived growth factor studied for its effects on cellular aging. Delays visible signs of senescence in skin cells; reduces oxidative stress markers.
The active the serum is named around. PQQ triggers mitochondrial biogenesis (the creation of new mitochondria) in ways few other molecules are known to. Supports cellular energy at the root.
A co-factor in energy metabolism and fatty-acid synthesis. Supports the lipid architecture that keeps skin cells functioning properly.
Apply to clean, dry skin. Allow one to five minutes for the serum to absorb. Layer with Serum M if your skin needs moisture, allow to absorb completely, then continue with your daily routine. Works morning or night.
Cleanse and dry. One to two drops across face and neck, before any cream or moisturizer.
One to five minutes for the serum to sink in fully.
Finish with Transderma Moisture Serum (M) if needed, or stack with Serum A or C. Let it absorb completely.
Once completely absorbed, you can continue with your usual routine.
Best for mature skin. Anyone can benefit from mitochondrial support, but O is particularly valuable for skin over 40 or for anyone who feels their skin has lost its capacity to bounce back.
Every benefit below is tied to a specific cellular process. This isn't a general "glow" serum. It's a set of molecules chosen for how they interact with mitochondrial function, cellular turnover, and the biological targets that keep skin behaving young.
PQQ and B vitamins support mitochondrial biogenesis and function, literally increasing the energy available to every skin cell.
Normalizes epidermal tissue production, keeping the skin's renewal cycle running at the pace of a younger cell population.
As cellular energy rises, so does the skin's capacity to produce collagen, maintain elasticity, and hold a healthy surface tone.
A cellular-level intervention that addresses the root causes of aging, not the surface signs. The difference compounds over months, not days.
O works underneath everything. Collagen stimulation (C), cellular turnover (A), and barrier repair (M) all depend on the energy O provides. Treat it as the power supply for the rest of the routine.

Collagen synthesis requires cellular energy. C provides the stimulus; O provides the fuel. Strongest pair for firmness and glow.

Retinol drives turnover, which demands mitochondrial activity. Stack A at night and O by day for a full regeneration cycle.

Layer after O absorbs. The barrier M rebuilds is maintained in part by the cellular energy O supplies.
